Return conditions

Standard product

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. We will also take care of the costs of returning your product.

Custom product

When the product is custom-made by us according to the specifications you have entered. The right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is thus final after successful payment.

Tailor-made products will not be returned and refunded.

Refund within 14 days

We guarantee a full refund including any shipping costs charged within 14 days of the return.

However, we will only refund this amount once we have received the product.

Right of withdrawal at a glance

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us via: info@homecareinnovation.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return if the product has already been returned in good order.
